Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Placed an order and it said free delivery. Checked after and delivery was over £6. I made contact with customer service immediately to be told I can only cancel within 30 min. I did but they clearly didn’t ready my message until after. Now being told nothing I can do

Still waiting the delivery and it’s been 10 days. I should have check the reviews because I would have buy from another brand. It’s just ridiculous wait so long, they should have advise about the long delivery time. Absolutely rubbish

Slowest delivery service ever!!

Well, slowest delivery service ever!!!! After 6 days my package is still not collected my Yodel! God know when I am going to see my stuff! This company is absolutely the worst. My suggestion? Wait for shops to reopen.

Affordable price

I admit I am far from a beauty guru and tend to keep things pretty simple but this brend is something. They make high-quality makeup at an affordable prices.

Worst costumer service ever

Worst costumer service ever. Other then the fact that the package is late, I can't even talk to anyone because they won't answer at costumer service. Tried to call 3 times with no answer and sent about 10 emails. Hate the service and will never order from them again, never been so poorly treated by a costumer service. Awfull! Only order from them if you are ok with your order taking too long to get to your home.

I usually buy from the store in Exeter

I usually buy from the store in Exeter, but it’s closed with lockdown.I ordered make up online on 26th dec and it’s still not arrived.Emailed customer services who are next to useless! Courier service website doesn’t work properly.Will never buy online from them again!

Over a month later and still haven’t received order

Placed an order and it was shipped on 23rd Nov. Seems to have got lost with Yodel. I have tried emailing on several occasions and haven’t heard anything back. Terrible customer service-you pay for products, yet if they aren’t delivered then bad luck?

Can nor even put a star,I have been glasgow,silverburn shopping Centre ,manager was so rude, I have tried to exchange my product , I never seen her before and never talk to her before ,she accused me that I have tried to return product before in another branch and they refused me!! that’s shame, never come back to this store

I am a very satisfied customer.

I am a very satisfied customer.I bought products from KIKO when i lived in Italy. When i moved to Denmark I still bought my makeup online from KIKO and i continue to do so because they have the best products. I highly recommend KIKO. It has the best shades for all skin types and is affordable and has really good deals .I receive my orders about 4 to 5 days after purchasing them. I haven't had any bad experience.

I had a quite good experience after I purchased my items through the website for the first time buy 3 and get 3 free. It should have come up around to £46.00 Mines come up to £26 for the free shipping. It came at the estimated arrival time. My experience was quite good as I kept it safe purchasing the glosses.

They don't publish bad reviews

Some of their cosmetics are good, however they don't publish the bad reviews on their site. They basically filter on their site any review that's not good so all their products seem amazing... I tried to leave an honest review of my experience and wasn't published as it was only 2 stars. And if you look you'll notice there's no 1 star reviews and almost no 2 stars which is hard to believe! Also not great in store experience as I was recommended the wrong foundation colour.
